We are on the lookout for an organised, detail-oriented Branded Content and Production Coordinator to join our commercial team and help execute branded and sponsored content for our esteemed clients. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, enjoys liaising with clients, and has some experience at managing multiple projects simultaneously, we want to hear from you!
As the Branded Content and Production Coordinator, you’ll work close with our commercial and editorial teams to deliver seamless, high-quality branded content for our clients. You’ll assist in managing campaigns from pitch to delivery while ensuring content stays true to the Fashion Journal brand and resonates with our readers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the team on developing and executing branded content, ensuring alignment with client objectives and editorial goals.
- Liaise with clients daily, managing expectations, editing requests, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Support the production of photo shoots, video shoots, and content creation, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Keep track of project deadlines, deliverables, and KPIs using tools like Monday.com and Google Sheets.
- Assist in creating sales decks, pitch documents, and keeping commercial documents like media kits and case studies up to date.
- Ensure branded content campaigns meet their key performance metrics.
- Coordinate Fashion Journal’s Sales, Events, and Career verticals across eDM, written content, and social media.
- Support the wider team with various commercial, production and editorial tasks as needed.
ABOUT YOU
- You have an interest in fashion and lifestyle media and an understanding of Fashion Journal’s editorial voice.
- You’re highly organised and can handle multiple projects at once without missing a deadline.
- You have experience using key software like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Keynote, Canva and Capcut.
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have an eye for design and enjoy working on digital, social, and print content.
- A tertiary qualification or work experience in media, business, marketing, or a related field is ideal but not essential.
- You are familiar with social media platforms and have a keen understanding of their role in content strategy.
