We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CRM Project Officer to support the implementation of a new CRM for the organisation. Your key role will be to ensure that the new CRM meets the needs of the different user groups and is being utilised appropriately and effectively within the organisation.
You will oversee user acceptance testing, data migration, implementation and post-implementation support, including development of training resources such as user manuals, videos and FAQs to support user groups. You will provide project management support to liaise with implementation partner, engage with the different user groups and identify and collate issues to be resolved either by yourself or with the implementation partner.
The successful candidate will have experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): assignment rules, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, action plans, custom settings, dashboards and reports. You will have strong project management experience, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyse, prioritise, and have a strong attention to detail.
Reporting to the National Manager, the CRM Project Officer will work closely with all functions of the organisation, including the internal accreditation, marketing and events teams and external user groups including the Textile, Clothing and Footwear (TCF) Union and our community of accredited businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and thrive in both independent and collaborative environments within a small, close-knit team.
This position is two days per week for a period of six months.
- Ensure that new CRM meets the needs of different user groups
- Ensure that new CRM is being utilised appropriately and effectively within the organisation

KEY SKILLS
REQUIRED
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): assignment rules, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, action plans, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Project work experience working on a similar project including managing user acceptance testing, data migration and development and implementation of organisational training needs
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bring teams together
- Ability to liaise and build strong and productive working relationships with internal and external users and the implementation partner
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work for purpose in a values driven organisation
DESIRABLE
- Experience in Microsoft 365 Suite or equivalent software
- Experience working in a not-for-profit
- Experience working with Unions
