The Talent Büro (TTB) is a boutique agency specialising in Model and Talent Management. We are on the hunt for an individual committed to forging a dynamic career in the Model and Talent industry. We are seeking a highly organised and driven Assistant Talent Agent to join our expanding team of agents. This role is a unique opportunity for an individual who will play a vital role in supporting the representation of an all-female Model and Influencer board.
This role is ideal for someone seeking to start a career in Talent/Influencer and Model Management, with the opportunity to work with some of Australia’s leading digital and commercial Talent and a very experienced Managerial team.
The ideal candidate has an understanding and passion for the world of Talent, Digital and Social media content, Fashion and Photography.
Even if you do not have agency relative experience but have a go- getter attitude and passion for this type of role and the industry, we would still love to hear from you.

  • Support in the management of agency Models and Talent under the guidance of Talent Agents.
  • Assist Talent Agents in managing agency industry clients and relationships.
  • Coordinate the calendar and booking system, overseeing the end-to-end process from brief to completion of all talent engagements.
  • Handle day-to-day agency administration tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Coordinate TTB social media platforms, including content scheduling, planning and assisting in execution.
  • Basic website management
  • Service agency PR and Marketing inquiries
  • Collaborate with the team to manage and guide talent development, ensuring the seamless servicing of all talent needs.


  • Degree in Media, Communications, PR, Marketing, Digital, Advertising, or Fashion is looked at favourably.
  • 1- 2+ years experience in Agency/PR/Marketing/Digital/Fashion/Production or a similar industry with transferrable skills.
  • Experience in Digital Media and Marketing Activity, both above and below the line, is looked at favourably.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Social Media platforms primarily Instagram and TikTok.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational and administration skills are a must.
  • A real doer with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Strategic and forward-thinking, creative problem solver.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience managing Website systems (eg Squarespace).
  • Thrive working in a boutique all- female team both autonomously and collaboratively with a willingness to adapt and work across various roles of the business.
