Art and culture meet responsible fashion at Circulart 4.0 in Milan

Fondazione Sozzani will host Circulart 4.0, the fourth edition of an exhibition that aims to redefine the relationship between creativity, innovation, and sustainability in contemporary fashion. Created by Fondazione Pistoletto Cittadellarte, an Italian multidisciplinary artistic and cultural institution, Circulart will present the results of a research and co-creation process involving six international talents as a collaboration with 16 excellent innovative textile companies and with the contribution of Temera, a Beontag group company and a partner for traceability and technological innovation. Developed in partnership with Kering Group’s Material Innovation Lab (MIL) and hitting its fourth edition, the event is an experimental lab where art, fashion, and industry come together to explore the pillars of the new textile economy: circularity, traceability, transparency, and responsibility. |
The exhibition will be inaugurated in Milan, at Fondazione Sozzani, in Via Enrico Tazzoli, on 18 October and will be open to the public from Sunday, 19 October, to 26 October, from 11AM to 6:30PM.

The event represents a unique opportunity to discover how art, fashion, and design can inspire new sustainable production methods, promoting shared reflection on the future of fashion.
Through an immersive and multidisciplinary journey, Circulart will bring contemporary art, fashion, and business into dialogue, offering the young creatives the opportunity to co-create with some of the most virtuous manufacturing companies that operate in sustainable and innovative fashion.
The result is a series of works and garments that embody the principles of circularity, traceability, responsibility, and transparency.
During the event, they will present the works created as part of the project by three artists—Camilla Alberti, Giulia Filippi, and Mako Ishizuka—and three fashion designers—Made for a Woman, Piero D’Angelo, and Martina Boero, creative director of Cavia.
