Join one of Australia’s most iconic fashion houses as a Brand Content Coordinator and help shape the content creation across Cue and Veronika Maine’s digital platforms. Reporting to the Head of Brand Creative, this mid-level role is perfect for a highly organised and creatively-driven individual with a strong eye for detail and deep knowledge of social media, and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.

 

CONTENT CREATION

  • Develop compelling content across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Create diverse content formats including staff style, BTS, LoFi, UGC and content for key events and social partnerships.
  • Ensure channel-specific, brand-aligned content aligned with seasonal storytelling and brand pillars.
  • Work with the Brand Creative and Marketing teams to deliver key KPIs across organic channels.

 

PRODUCTION AND CREATIVE SUPPORT

  • Attend ecommerce shoots with the Online Stylist to ensure brand alignment.
  • Organise creative assets and manage production equipment.
  • Assist with call sheets and other creative production documentation.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA PLANNING AND EXECUTION

  • Execute the annual social media strategy in collaboration with the Brand Creative team and Channel Owners.
  • Build and maintain a detailed content calendar aligned with broader marketing plans.

 

BENCHMARKING AND INNOVATION

  • Stay ahead of global social trends in fashion.
  • Identify new features and trends to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Build strong relationships with social platforms to stay at the forefront of innovation.

 

REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

  • Collaborate on weekly performance metrics across all social platforms.
  • Identify growth opportunities in organic content strategy.

 

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Proven experience in content creation within a fashion or premium retail environment.
  • Deep understanding of social media and platform-specific content strategy.
  • Strong visual and creative ability with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
  • A respectful, collaborative team player who contributes positively to workplace culture.
