Join icon fashion house Aje as Digital Marketing Executive at our Aje Head Office in Redfern.
- Assist in implementing, monitoring and managing digital marketing campaigns including Paid Social, Paid Search and Affiliates.
- Liaise with external agencies to optimise performance marketing campaigns ensuring they meet KPIs and budget requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs.
- Deliver accurate and timely reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to the wider team to support data-driven decision-making and continuous optimisation.
- Apply a curious mindset to understand and analyse campaign performance, always seeking to learn and improve.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and best practices.
KEY SKILLS
- 2-3 year’s experience in industry
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business.
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing including skills in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience with running digital marketing/ performance strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
- Prior experience of liaising with agencies or platforms.
- Ability to work across teams & influence cross-functionally.
- Has a strong work ethic and can do attitude.
- Effective time management skills and experience working within timelines and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills that will be able to influence all team members and stakeholders no matter what position they hold.
- Problem solving skills that generate practical insights and solutions when they may arise.
- Takes a hands-on approach and is happy to get into the details.
