This position is pivotal in ensuring the efficient processing of all orders – wholesale, retail, and corporate—while maintaining our commitment to accuracy and timeliness. It is essential in supporting our small team in warehouse operations and contributing to the overall success of our business.
The role is a minimum four days: Monday – Thursday (limited weekend work required). Immediate start with training provided.
Key performance indicators for your role include organised and timely dispatch of orders, successful allocation and fulfilment, customer satisfaction and manager satisfaction. Your duties involve assisting with wrapping stock according to stockist requirements, packing and labelling stock as directed, conducting quality control on all dispatched items and assisting with stock takes when necessary.
- Your primary responsibility is to oversee the accurate, timely, and complete dispatch of all orders, including wholesale, retail, and corporate. This encompasses tagging, allocating, and conducting final quality checks. Additionally, you’ll provide general assistance to the Warehouse Manager and sales team as needed.
- Order Processing: Assist in the dispatch of all orders, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and in full. This includes tasks such as tagging, allocating, and conducting final quality checks.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the organisation and replenishment of stock, ensuring that products are stored correctly and that inventory levels are maintained.
- Collaboration: Provide general assistance to the Warehouse Manager and sales team as required, fostering a cooperative work environment to achieve departmental goals. You will report to the Warehouse Manager.
- You will be responsible for ensuring your workspace is left tidy and well-organised every day.
- You’ll also liaise with staff regarding products and deadlines, handle general administration tasks related to sales orders, coordinate and assist with all dispatch procedures, deliver boxes to designated storage areas, assist in palletising boxes, maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace and provide daily updates and handovers to management.
- General: Participate in any other aspects of production this includes general studio cleaning and general tasks where required.
Additional responsibilities include moisturising stock as needed to comply with quality standards, attending and contributing to meetings when required.
The role is physical in its nature of lifting, carrying and working with packaging materials we have OH&S procedures in place which you will need to comply with, and all Occupational Health and Safety requirements, Studio and Company Policy procedures in the various work areas of the studio:
- Comply with OH&S requirements ensuring correct protection is worn at all times.
- Perform the appropriate stretches as required.
- Report any first aid or medical injuries to Wholesale or Warehouse Manager.
