The role of the Styling Assistant is primarily responsible for the management of product samples, maintaining accurate records, administrative and workflow support and assisting the Styling Team across all styling projects for Witchery, including campaigns, eStore and content shoots. The Styling Assistant will be a highly organised individual with styling and production experience across fashion shoots.
Please note this is a full-time role based in our Burnley support office, with some travel required. Successful candidates will need to have their own reliable transport and driver’s license.
- Reconcile and manage monthly styling kits in line with production timelines, ensuring readiness for styling team, VM, and EStore from delivery and outgoing
- Provide assistance to key marketing initiatives when samples are required for department store/marketplace shoots
- Efficiently manage sample kits, ensuring all merchandise arrives in full to studio partner in time for pre-production and shoot day
- Liaise with studio partner to provide accurate monthly product lists and sample barcoding
- Assist with imagery file management and accurate record-keeping for lookbook documentation and content preparation each month
- Manage campaign sample kits, ensuring all merchandise arrives in full and on set on time
- Manage swatch fabric documents for external retouching (where applicable)
- Assist the Styling Manager for styling services across on-body and still life photography for brand campaigns, editorials, website, eDMs, VM and social media, presented to stakeholders for each range month
KEY SKILLS
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced brand environment, working on shoot production and styling across stills and video
- Process-driven and highly organised with the ability to multi-task, be proactive and able to show initiative and ideas
- Have a thorough understanding and interest in fashion, such as designer trends, blog research, overseas and local street fashion trends and social media trends
- Passionate about creative and styling
- Knowledge of graphic design and editing applications, including InDesign, Photoshop and CapCut, is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel
