As the Brand Marketing Manager for frank green, you’ll take the lead in shaping the way our brand connects with customers. You’ll oversee end-to-end campaign planning, brand positioning, and media engagement while aligning key stakeholders to deliver meaningful marketing initiatives.
This role will immerse you in the dynamic world of sustainability-focused products, where you’ll manage brand and competitor analyses, coordinate with external partners, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results. - Develop and maintain an integrated marketing calendar that aligns brand priorities across all channels.
- Lead weekly cross-functional WIP meetings to ensure alignment on campaign timelines and execution.
- Partner with internal teams (creative, digital, e-commerce) to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- Conduct brand and competitor analyses to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with media, influencers, and brand partners to amplify campaign reach and impact.
- Track campaign performance, analyse data, and generate insights to optimise future initiatives.
- Draft and manage detailed marketing briefs for internal teams and external agencies.
- Ensure all campaigns align with frank green’s brand positioning and sustainability ethos.
KEY SKILLS
- 3-5 years in a marketing management role, ideally within lifestyle, consumer goods, or sustainability-focused brands.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of integrated campaign planning, including the ability to develop and manage marketing calendars.
- Proficiency in briefing and tracking marketing activities, ensuring campaigns align with overall brand strategy.
- Expertise in brand positioning and competitor analysis, using insights to drive growth and differentiation.
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively align internal teams and external stakeholders.
