Bound by confidence, cool and gritt, each collection is inspired by our wearer. You’ll find elevated separates, sartorial staples, striking evening wear and the brand’s signature party dresses. Seasonal injections of beachwear and bridal are also on offer to complete a contemporary wardrobe. Quality and design are uncompromised by accessibility. BEC + BRIDGE is for the woman who knows what she wants, but isn’t afraid to try styles imbued with a new season. We aim to evoke senses, making our wearer feel as good as they look.

Australian born, and locally produced in Sydney, BEC + BRIDGE is a brand grounded in the daily celebration of style, strength and confidence.

After 21 years in business together, the pair behind BEC + BRIDGE have never felt more inspired by what the brand is creating in the Australian fashion industry and, more excitingly still, how Australian design is infiltrating the global market. As women in business, and more specifically, women in the business of fashion, creating a brand that inspires a broad demographic of customers – women of all ages – has become increasingly important to Cooper and Yorston. The designers maintain that the brand, at its very core, must grow with them to ensure it maintains relevance to where they are in their respective lives.

BEC + BRIDGE is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Garment Technician to join our dynamic Design and Production team. This role plays a critical part in bringing our collections to life, ensuring every design is translated accurately from sketch through to offshore production.

Working closely with Design, Production and offshore factories, you will be the custodian of all tech packs and garment specifications, ensuring precision, consistency, and impeccable quality across all styles.

As Garment Technician, you will be responsible for creating, managing and maintaining all tech packs and specifications for offshore development and production. You will attend fittings, update fit notes, manage version control, and support the seamless handover of information from design through to bulk production.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and collaboration, and who takes pride in ensuring garments are produced exactly as envisioned.

  • Assist with compiling costings in collaboration with the Design and Production Assistant
  • Create and maintain specification sheets for both sampling and production stages
  • Assist with production sample quality control checks
  • Provide clear, detailed feedback on samples to the Production Coordinator to support final approvals
