We are looking for Christmas casuals to join us this holiday season. Help bring joy to all our customers and help them find the ideal gift for a loved one, help them create a holiday table setting to remember or inspire them with the perfect festive outfit! • Sales and customer service
• Genuinely greeting customers and receiving them in a friendly way
• Prioritising customer service, constantly monitoring and reacting to the customer service situation in store.
• Mapping customer needs, presenting suitable product options to the customer, providing personalised and professional service, selling solutions
• Knowledge of products and product specifications, familiarising oneself with products independently, sharing information with co-workers
• Active product sales / upselling, campaign sales, prioritising profitable sales
• Familiarity with sales goals and ways to monitor them (KPI’S)
• Acquiring new loyal customers.
• Other store duties
• Receiving orders and product top-ups.
• Familiarity with the POS system.
• Familiarity with the return and complaint policies
• Maintaining the expression and tidiness of the store according to the presentation guidelines
• Participating in customer events and in the organisation of events
• Following announcements, email, and feedback; participating in meetings and training sessions.
• Supporting the team and helping others when necessary
• Flexible working hours during peak trading periods and late-night shopping hours availability over the Christmas period.
