Karlaidlaw is looking to expand their social media presence. You will play a key role in the growth of Karlaidlaw. Curating, creating and executing engaging content across our social media platforms. You will need to be front facing as well as behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who is confident in their skills, execution, highly organised and detail orientated. We work very closely as a team in house you will be working alongside our designers, retail staff and sample machinist. With a full overview of the brand. Our goal is to expand our online presence. The world of KL, behind the scenes and the help build our brand identity.

  • Ability to create strong concepts that are within the Karlaidlaw world.
  • Work with the design team on ideas and concepts and have the confidence to know what will and will not work for socials.
  • Build strategies and concepts that are new and not driven from trends on social media. You must have a strong visual identity that will work with the brand.
  • Research, ideate and execute content concepts in line with social media strategy & marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Capture still and video content as required for social channels.
  • Assist in executing all copywriting for the social media channels and other channels, as required.
  • Attend external photo shoots to capture social-focused content for use across various channels in line with strategies.
  • Continually identify content opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
  • Develop and execute strategy funnel structures and optimisations across our ecommerce, retail and wholesale placements, whilst continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
  • Own and scale a variable budget for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest whilst maintaining commercial efficiency.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management – from strategy and forecasting through execution, reporting, and iteration.
  • Develop and execute advanced audience strategies including custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, and lifecycle win-back based on best practice and business strategy.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics — from CAC vs NCAC, ROAS to conversion rate and LTV.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Share insights clearly and guide the broader teams through results and next steps to design campaigns that convert.
  • Setup and management of custom conversion tracking.
  • Server-side tagging for your ad accounts.

 

KEY SKILLS

  • 3+ years experience within a similar management role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing social media and marketing strategies and content calendars.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Extensive experience in directing, filming, editing and publishing social media content across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
  • Exceptional creative vision and strong aesthetic sense within the fashion space with a high attention to detail, strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Copyrighting.
  • Proficiency in the use of Adobe Photoshop/Canva, Planoly and Microsoft Office.
  • A tertiary qualification in social media and/or marketing is advantageous, but not essential.
