Mutimer’s team is expanding and we are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to join our growing team, based in Collingwood.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution and performance of our digital marketing and ecommerce ecosystem. This role intersects with paid ads performance, website performance and marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and real influence on how a brand grows.

  • Coordinate with the paid media agency, Founder, and internal teams to ensure marketing spend, performance insights, and campaign execution are aligned with business goals and stock availability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the paid ads agency, managing day-to-day communication, performance reviews, creative direction, and budget recommendations to ensure efficient and effective scaling.
  • Interpret paid media performance data (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) and proactively communicate demand signals to Operations and Finance teams to support inventory planning, reorders, and stock allocation decisions.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure marketing activity reflects real-time stock levels, launch timelines, and replenishment schedules, reducing the risk of stock-outs or over-promoting low inventory items.
  • Own the ecommerce website (Shopify) to ensure products, collections, pricing, imagery, and descriptions are accurate, up to date, and aligned with current marketing priorities and campaigns.
  • Manage all product uploads, collection builds, homepage updates, and campaign landing pages, ensuring launches are executed cleanly and without errors.
  • Coordinate with th e creative team to ensure all marketing, ecommerce, and social assets are delivered on time, correctly implemented, and presented consistently across channels.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish organic social media content (Instagram, TikTok), maintaining a consistent posting cadence aligned with campaign and performance objectives.
  • Build and maintain the marketing calendar, coordinating timing across paid media, website updates, social content, and email/SMS campaigns.
  • Lead campaign and product launch execution from a marketing and ecommerce perspective, ensuring all channels are aligned and launches are delivered smoothly.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, ecommerce conversion, and content performance, implementing initiatives that support sustainable growth.
  • Prepare and deliver clear weekly performance summaries covering paid media, website performance, and demand trends, highlighting insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence & Finance Analyst to provide accurate marketing inputs for forecasting, collection modelling, and cashflow planning.
  • Manage and maintain marketing-related software and platforms (Shopify, social scheduling tools, analytics dashboards), ensuring systems are organised, reliable, and accessible to relevant team members.
  • Liaise with external contractors and platform partners (paid media agency, web developers, app providers) to ensure the backend of the website and related systems are functioning smoothly and improved where required.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication across the business regarding campaign timelines, performance changes, launch updates, and any risks that may impact sales or operations.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3–6+ years in performance-led digital marketing or ecommerce.
  • Strong understanding of paid social advertising.
  • Solid Shopify experience.
  • Comfortable reading data and making decisions from it.
  • Strong organisational and execution skills.
  • Experience in ecommerce, DTC, fashion, or consumer brands.
  • Comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving business.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, multi-task and prioritise tasks based on business needs, in a fast-paced environment.
