We’re a contemporary fashion brand that has just launched into the market. After receiving incredible feedback and an overwhelming response, we’re expanding our head office team to support all areas of marketing.

We’re seeking a creative hybrid talent to join our founding team in a role that combines graphic design with PR and influencer seeding. This is a rare opportunity to shape both the visual identity of the brand and its cultural presence.

If you’re passionate about design, deeply connected to the fashion and influencer space, and excited by the idea of building a brand from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a unique dual-function position where you’ll split your time between graphic design projects and managing our seeding program. From creating campaign visuals and digital assets to building relationships with our influencer community, you’ll play a pivotal role in how the brand looks and how it’s experienced.

You’ll be designing everything from social content and lookbooks to marketing materials and EDMs, while also overseeing influencer gifting, PR coordination, and brand partnerships. It’s a rare opportunity to gain exposure across both creative and communications, working closely with our Creative Director and Marketing Manager.

  • Develop visual concepts for campaigns, social media, ecommerce, and marketing
  • Design digital and print assets (lookbooks, catalogues, Shopify visuals, advertising)
  • Retouch product and campaign images
  • Create engaging content across reels, stories, and paid assets
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Manage influencer gifting and seeding programs
  • Coordinate outreach with creators, stylists, and media contacts
  • Track ROI and engagement from influencer partnerships
  • Support PR campaigns with creative assets and execution
  • Build relationships with key community members and MATTIR muses

 

KEY SKILLS

  • 1–2 years’ experience in graphic design (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, typography, and layout skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); video editing skills are a bonus
  • A good understanding of social media and influencer marketing
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, proactive mindset with an eye for detail and a genuine love of fashion
