Hey there, future operations superstar! frank body is on the lookout for a Logistics and Fulfilment Coordinator to jump on board and keep our global supply chain sailing smoothly. You’ll be working closely with our operations team, reporting directly to the Production and Operations Manager. Your mission? It’s all about tackling supply chain challenges head-on and becoming the go-to logistics and fulfillment expert. This means fostering a strong partnership with our preferred freight forwarder, as well as our 3PL/4PL partners, Retailers and Contract Manufacturers. So, what’s the scoop? We’re on the hunt for someone with a passion for operations and a knack for problem solving. If you want to navigate customs paperwork like a pro and thrive on keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine, you’re the one we want.
- You’ll be the master of inter-company imports and exports
- Coordinating the delivery of finished goods from our manufacturers to both local and international 3PL’s. The role also ensures import shipments of vessels, cartons, and consumables get to their global destinations without a hitch.
- Crafting export documentation with finesse.
- Keeping our landed costs in check with accurate and timely data entry.
- Confirming receipt of goods to ensure our inventory levels are spot-on.
- Managing a global delivery tracker, keeping the team informed about time-sensitive products.
- Being a superhero for other departments, helping with logistics and fulfillment.
- Collaborating with our order fulfillment coordinator to ensure everything runs like clockwork for retail, wholesale, and e-commence operations.
- Processing all APAC orders in a timely manner, your portfolio will include some of our top 5 retailers!
- Your expert communication skills will keep our dynamic Retail Acc Managers across order and delivery details.
- Communicate and enter assembly/production orders in SAP and relevant warehouse portals and ensure the business has the assembled product ready by the desired due date.
- And of course, you’ll keep your work neat and tidy in the system completing monthly clean ups.
KEY SKILLS
- Has at least 1 year of experience in Operations, this might be in a warehouse or office environment. E-commerce business experience is preferred.
- Has a knack for well written, clear communication and isn’t afraid of numbers.
- Has no issue forging connections with stakeholders.
- Can handle basic Word and Excel tasks with ease.
