We are seeking casual and part-time client advisors for our new Westfield Sydney Boutique.
- Developing strong product knowledge across our collections, trends, and bespoke offering.
- Delivering sophisticated sales techniques that inspire confidence and trust.
- Providing exceptional service while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
- Collecting and maintaining client data with best-practice CRM to build long-term relationships and grow our local client base.
- Supporting new client acquisition through appointments, outreach, and in-store activations.
- Engaging VIC relationships with tailored follow-up and exclusive experiences.
- Maintaining high standards of boutique presentation, from jewellery displays to the client environment.
- Supporting boutique operations, including stock care, opening and closing routines, and visual merchandising.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Polished presence – refined in both personality and presentation, aligned with the LINDELLI way.
- Luxury service instinct – creating meaningful experiences and building genuine long-term client relationships.
- Proven sales ability – ideally 1–3 years’ jewellery, or high-end fashion retail sales.
- Clienteling focus – comfortable with CRM systems, outreach, and engagement initiatives to grow and retain clients.
- Excellent communicator – clear, engaging, and genuine, with a talent for making people feel valued.
- Team player – collaborative, respectful, and motivated to contribute to a positive boutique culture.
- Flexibility – availability across weekdays, weekends, and peak retail moments.
