ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is diverse and hands on, perfect for someone organised, proactive and excited to work in a small, fast moving fashion business. You’ll work closely with our founders and social media team. Previous experience in fashion is not required.
- Respond to customer service emails with genuine warmth and professionalism.
- Pack and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage stock counts, returns, exchanges and inventory movement.
- Assist with general office administration and ordering supplies.
- Support the team during collection launches and pop-ups.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- No industry experience needed – full training is provided.
- We’re looking for someone with the right attitude: focused, proactive, reliable, kind, and able to work independently.
HIGHLY REGARDED
- Vietnamese speaking skills.
- Previous retail, admin, customer service or warehouse experience.
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Calm and solutions-focused
- Able to adapt quickly in a growing business
