We’re now on the lookout for a multifaceted superstar and strategic operator who can take the reins on Ecommerce, Graphic Design, and Creative Coordination – a rare opportunity to make a serious mark in a high-growth, highly creative environment. This is not your typical fashion job. You’ll be wearing several (fabulous) hats across ecommerce, design and creative production. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design sensibility, strategic ecommerce know-how, and a passion for luxury fashion. You’ll work across the full digital and physical brand experience – from the online store to printed look books and sales collateral.
- Strategic direction and daily management of our DTC store
- Managing all paid media (Meta, Google, Retargeting) via agency or direct
- Planning and executing promotional campaigns (from ideation to reporting)
- Ownership of the EDM calendar – building campaigns, tracking results
- Management and optimisation of flows
- UX improvements and CRO optimisation in collaboration with our web developers
- Tracking KPIs, forecasting and weekly performance reporting
- Weekly and monthly reporting across key ecommerce KPIs
- Ensuring product launches go live with accuracy, impact and polish
- Coordinating campaign and ecommerce shoots – talent, locations, call sheets
- Working with photographers and stylists to bring the brand vision to life
- Building out look-books and seasonal sales collateral for local and international agents
- Managing assets across Dropbox, Canva and Shopify for cross-functional use
- Keeping the brand aesthetic tight across every touchpoint
- Printed marketing collateral (postcards, swing tags, POS signage, look books)
- Website assets & campaign visuals
- Packaging design and in-house brand touch-points
- Wholesale selling assets including line sheets and sales kits
- Artwork for seasonal and international look book
- Driving new online and marketing initiatives
- Participating in annual sample sales
- Liaising with agents globally
KEY SKILLS
- 2+ years’ experience in high-conversion ecommerce environments ($1m+ revenue)
- Strong graphic design capabilities (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proven track record in fashion or luxury branding highly desirable
- Proven experience with Klaviyo, Shopify and Google/Meta Ads preferred
- Good understanding of the key factors that drive online performance
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – are essential. You will be client- and team-facing, and must present professionally
- Strong commercial awareness, aesthetic eye, and attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter who can manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- You’re naturally proactive, not waiting to be told what to do
- You’re fast, focused and fiercely organised
- You’re confident with design platforms (InDesign, Illustrator, Klaviyo etc.)
- You have a high standard and pride in every touchpoint your work touches
- Work fast and hold yourself accountable
- Know how to switch between creative and commercial thinking
- Are hungry to make a meaningful impact in a small team
- Have a warm can-do energy
- You love fashion, but you’re also commercially minded
- You can think strategically but execute quickly and with polish
