ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking Retail Sales Assistants to join our Melbourne boutique team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Scarlet & Sam’s first store, bringing our brand to life through exceptional customer service, styling, and store presentation.
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of Scarlet & Sam in-store – delivering warm, personalised service, supporting daily operations, and ensuring our boutique reflects the standard and style of our collections.
- Provide a warm, one-on-one styling experience that inspires customer confidence and loyalty.
- Maintain a beautifully presented store that aligns with Scarlet & Sam’s aesthetic.
- Support day-to-day operations including stock management, replenishment, and transaction processing.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers, nurturing ongoing connections.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a fashion retail store.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday required).
- A genuine affinity for the Scarlet & Sam style and values.
